I remember it very well. Life was different. People were friendlier. I was young enough to enjoy going out in the evening, gathering with friends, dancing to live music which was good dance music. Drugs were not so much of a problem. Assisted suicide was a criminal offence and abortion on demand was not considered a human right. We respected seniors and listened to their stories.
